Telephone Calls
If you experience any problems between appointments, please call our office and briefly describe your situation to the nurse. If your call is of an urgent nature, a nurse or physician will call you immediately. Otherwise, a staff member will return your call as soon as possible. You can then decide if you would like to schedule an appointment with your physician.
Prescriptions
Prescription refills are handled during regular office hours. Please allow at least 24 hours to process this request. Certain medications require close follow-up, and an office visit may be necessary for medication refill or adjustment.
Emergencies
For emergencies after office hours, call (770) 664-7013. Our answering service will immediately contact the on-call physician who will return your call. In the event of an extreme emergency, proceed to the nearest hospital emergency room, where we can be notified regarding your situation.
